About InnoDiligent
Disciplined software for high-stakes environments.
We design, build, and operate premium, independent software platforms — applications that put the technology to work for you, from precision atmospheric engines to high-concurrency consumer apps. No billable hours. No bloated consulting. Just focused, reliable software built to perform under real-world pressure.
Built for Real-World Friction
Whether decompressing live Doppler radar streams for The Heavens or processing high-volume live event credentials with StadiumStub, we engineer for high-concurrency, low-margin-for-error environments where reliability is non-negotiable.
Deep Domain Empathy
We’ve led technology initiatives inside state government and built platforms directly for everyday consumers. We understand procurement deadlines, legislative compliance, and user expectations because we’ve managed them from the inside.
Full In-House Ownership
Every product under the InnoDiligent umbrella is designed, hosted, and supported by our core team on modern, zero-trust infrastructure. We don’t farm out code, and we don’t ship half-baked demos.
Our Ethos
Inspired Purpose. Disciplined Craft.
InnoDiligent is inspired by Jesus Christ, which drives our commitment to hard work, creativity, and excellence in everything we build.
While we operate as an independent software company, these principles define our culture and engineering standard. For us, innovation is fueled by creativity, and diligence is proven through hard work. Whether building atmospheric intelligence engines or consumer apps, our work is guided by integrity, accountability, and real-world performance.

Leadership
Kory Boone
Founder & Builder
Before founding InnoDiligent, Kory operated at the intersection of complex policy and technology — serving as Special Deputy Insurance Commissioner and Chief of Staff at the Maryland Insurance Administration, and chairing the NAIC’s national SupTech/GovTech roundtable.
Having spearheaded landmark public sector tech programs — including making Maryland the nation’s first state insurance department accepted into the federal FirstNet program — Kory founded InnoDiligent to fix a persistent industry problem: software is too often built by people who don’t understand the realities of the end user.
For Kory, this user-first standard isn’t just a business strategy — it is rooted in a personal faith in Jesus Christ that views software development as a form of service. Every system is built to honor God through uncompromised hard work, relentless attention to detail, and genuine care for the people using it.
Today, that same conviction drives everything InnoDiligent ships — from groundbreaking consumer applications like The Heavens and StadiumStub, to specialized platforms built for real-world resilience.
We build software that works.
Let’s talk about what’s next.
Whether you’re interested in our platforms, consumer tech, or potential collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.
